OVERVIEW

At SPH Childcare, we believe in the value and uniqueness of each family we serve. Our center experience is designed to promote each child’s own individual, social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. As caregivers and educators, our mission is to provide a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment, which fosters a child’s natural instinct to explore, discover, create, and become a lifelong learner.

Core Values: Compassion, Respect, Trust, Teamwork, and Commitment

Our Educators know that each child is capable of greatness, and we will provide a safe and nurturing space for them to:

  • Explore their environment as they continue their journey of understanding their sense of belonging
  • Show compassion to themselves, others, and their learning and growing spaces
  • Develop their identity and how it connects to the world around them
  • Take age appropriate risks to help build confidence and ownership of the learning process
  • Make genuine connections with educators and peers that will contribute to a lifelong love of learning in our local environment and beyond.

Our child care center fosters a holistic education that nourishes the child’s head, heart, and hands while also focusing on character growth and development. The Assistant Director/Educator will strengthen empathetic relationships with educators and our students by promoting opportunities for imaginative play, sensory integration, social emotional learning, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
