• 22-Bed – Critical Access Hospital   
• Join 1 Psychiatrist and 1 NP
• Support from 2 RNs, 1 LCSW  

4 Day Workweek / 8 – 10 Patients a Day in Clinic 

• No Nights, No Weekends, No Call  
• 100% Outpatient – No Inpatient Responsibilities 
• See inpatients when desired   
• Panel is 50% pediatrics 50% adults   
• No ED Responsibilities 

Guarantee Base Salary of $161K – $171K   

• Sign-On & Relocation Assistance Available 
• Employed Position with Full Benefits, Retirement & Malpractice 
• 5 Weeks PTO
